We had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location is perfect for exploring the city with easy access to many attractions and shops. The service here is exceptional with a helpful and friendly reception staff. Variana was especially accommodating and made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities like mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi in rooms. We appreciated the attention to detail with daily housekeeping and room service.

Although we did not use all the services provided, we were impressed by the range of facilities available such as the leisure spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, massage, and rooftop pool. Moreover, there is 24-hour security, luggage storage, laundry services, and a business centre.

The wifi and cable facilities were a great addition, providing me with entertainment options during my downtime. I also appreciated the convenience of having a rack in the shower to hang my self-washed clothing, as the laundry service was quite expensive. The breakfast provided was sufficient and tasty. Despite the lack of a local map, the hotel's location was within walking distance to Hamsa Street.

The location of this hotel was perfect! It was right across from the famous pigeon rocks, offering fine views. Plus, it was in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay. The beds were also very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. And the shower had plenty of hot water, a nice bonus.

The breakfast options were quite limited. There was not much variety and the same choices were offered every day.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the seaside, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful views and easy access to the beach. it is near to everything in the city, including the famous Hamra street, making it a great location for exploring and experiencing the city.

Some guests have mentioned that the cleanliness of the hotel, particularly in the rooms and bathrooms, was not up to standard.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially a guy named Jad, was kind and helpful. They were available 24/7 and assisted us with everything we needed, from taxis to car rental. The hotel smelled fresh and the hallways were clear. Housekeeping did a great job and the staff seemed happy. The service was perfect, and the staff was accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The location was perfect, as it was close to a big supermarket, cafes, restaurants, and the famous rock formations. It was also easy to get around the city from here. this place offered great value for money.
